Frequently Asked Questions

The hormone GLP-1, naturally produced in the human body, stimulates insulin secretion and prevents glucose production in the liver. Essentially, it prevents blood sugar spikes. The active ingredient responsible for this function is Semaglutide. Semaglutide stimulates the brain to suppress appetite, triggers insulin hormone action in the pancreas, and slows down gastrointestinal movement to maintain a feeling of fullness, leading to natural weight loss.
Semaglutide, an ingredient used in obesity treatment, is FDA-approved and considered safe. However, it requires a doctor’s prescription. Studies presented at conferences have shown that using diet injections for over a year is safe. Since diabetic patients regularly use similar injections, the safety of Semaglutide has already been established.
Unlike other appetite suppressants, it is a non-psychoactive drug that does not stimulate the sympathetic nervous system. Therefore, it does not cause side effects such as insomnia, dry mouth, palpitations, or mood swings.
Studies have shown that weight loss of over 22.5% is achievable without exercise, and its effectiveness has been proven worldwide. It helps prevent and improve adult diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and fatty liver. It also addresses visceral fat, a major contributor to obesity. Its advantages include appetite control, gastrointestinal fullness, and quick and easy weight loss.
Responses typically start 1-2 days after the injection, with reduced appetite being the initial sign. Since appetite control becomes natural, weight loss results can be observed promptly.
The maintenance period lasts as long as the injections are administered regularly, typically once a week. Injections are usually administered subcutaneously in the abdomen, femoral region, or arms, like insulin injections.
Dosage typically starts at 0.25mg (5 units) once a week and can be gradually increased based on individual circumstances and doctor’s recommendations. The maximum single dose should not exceed 2.5mg.
Regular weekly injections are advisable. If a dose is missed, it should be administered as soon as possible within 5 days. If more than 5 days have passed, the next scheduled injection should be administered as usual.
Due to its short shelf life and sensitivity to temperature, it should be refrigerated. During long-distance travel, it should be stored with ice packs. After use, syringes and needles should be disposed of in medical Sharps Containers to ensure safety.
Side effects such as nausea, vomiting, constipation, or diarrhea may occur for the first two weeks but tend to diminish as the body adapts.
Certain groups, including those with a history of thyroid cancer, multiple endocrine neoplasia, diabetic gastroparesis, inflammatory bowel disease, gallbladder disease, tachycardia, type 1 diabetes, pregnant or breastfeeding women, should avoid it. Individuals with impaired liver or kidney function or those below 18 or above 75 years old should consult a doctor before use.
Avoid touching the injection site and administer self-injections carefully, ensuring they penetrate only the fat layer without reaching the muscle layer. Dependence solely on injections should be avoided, and a balanced diet and exercise should be incorporated for optimal results.
To prevent severe swelling, it’s advisable to wait at least two weeks after vaccination before receiving a fat-dissolving injection.
